About EquiLead and Green Accelerator Program
EquiLead, an initiative supported by Arthan Foundation envisions an ecosystem where women’s leadership empowers social impact focused institutions to become gender-just organisations of the future: where workplaces, leadership pathways and institutional intent and structures are gender intentional, inclusive and equitable.
The Green Accelerator Program (GAP) is a three-year initiative aimed at empowering 150 grassroots NGOs (50% reserved for women-led NGOs) leading climate adaptation and resilience efforts. With escalating climate challenges, GAP offers a pathway for NGOs to drive impactful initiatives and create tangible change by providing them with intensive support for six months on organizational development and technical climate knowledge to enhance their efficiency and programs.
